"My dad was my mum's full time carer when she got dementia. It got too much as he got older so he employed Debbie to come in morning and night to help with my mum. Debbie is a wonderful carer and her and my mum had a lovely relationship, always laughing together, Debbie would go above and beyond helping and doing a few extras like shopping and sitting with mum during the day so my dad could go to appointments. When my dad became poorly Debbie even helped him as well. I would recommend Debbie as a carer she helped my parents for 14 months, she is kind, thoughtful and will do anything for anyone."

"So round about this time last year my Dad was recovering from a recent stay in hospital due to dehydration, it was a worrying time for me living 90 miles away so I knew that I needed help as I have MS, and awaiting a knee replacement in July, posted on Otleys fb group looking for care to be put in place so we were happy to then have the pleasure of meeting Deb and Cathy, and as they say the rest is history. They started immediately, everything felt right my Dad is been looked after and after 62 years of life I can say he’s not the easiest to please, they work their magic he’s delighted when it’s fish and chip Friday, he eat’s better than he’s ever and he’s in the safest of hands. They keep up with shopping, cleaning, washing, personal care and medication. Some days he’s doesn’t cooperate but that’s fine they never make him do anything he’s not happy with, they are however full of encouragement as he can be very stubborn as I said at the beginning of this post. With me having MS and finding life challenging, they keep me updated on life with my Dad, they send pictures, sort medication out an genuinely make him laugh so I’m more than happy with both Deb and Cathy on everything they do the care that’s given is first class."
